| Dear Liz: We would like to thank you for everything you have done for us in regards to the selling of our home in Lake Havasu City. When our home first went on the market things were very bleak and as time went on, we had to let our first agent go. She wasn't doing anything for us. It was frustrating working with someone who only thought of getting her house sold first. We felt lost and needed to find help fast. We looked long and hard for a new agent that would help us sell our home. We talked to many real estate agents over the phone. We were looking for answers to our questions. All we found were agents who thought they walked the walk and talked the talk. Some tried to give us an answer, they talked about the government, the way things were, but never really answered our questions. They talked in circles. We were looking for a real estate agent, not a politician. We wanted someone who would work for us and give us straight answers. We did our homework/research and talked to a real estate agent here in IL. She helped us locate you, Liz. She also did a lot of homework/research regarding the realtors in Lake Havasu City; she called us and gave us your name. She told us that you were the right person to get the job done and helped us get in contact with you. I must say that every time I call you, you are there ready to help us out with what ever question we may have and if we have to leave a message you return our calls. I remember the first time I called you, you were out of town, but you answered your phone. I was very impressed by that. You have been very helpful with getting our home sold. We are very please with the way you handled our situation. Since we no longer lived in the area it was very hard to locate someone that would be helpful, trust worthy, understanding to our needs and to be there when we needed you to be there. You were by our side all the way. Your personality shines through. You are very hard worker, and it shows in everything that you do. You are a go getter. That is what we needed. Thank you again for all of your time, hard work, and it was a pleasure doing business with you. You tell it like it is. You are truthful and dedicated to get the job done. Hi Liz. Everything was handled by phone, fax and e-mails. There were a few glitches along the way, I think there always are when purchasing a home, but Liz handled everything for us and kept everything moving along smoothly. We went to Lake Havasu to sign the closing papers which wasn't really necessary but we were anxious to see our house and meet Liz in person.
I guess the best thing about dealing with Liz is that she listens to what you want and need, doesn't assume she knows better than you do and has been in the business long enough to know a lot of contractors, lenders, service people, etc. so is able to help with whatever you might need.

| Liz Miller listed our home in LHC in early August and found a buyer before the end of August. She was a delight to work with and was very professional in getting the house sold. Dear Liz, Thank you for providing us with concierge service in finding our Havasu home and making sure that all the details of purchasing real estate were taken care of. We so appreciated how smoothly everything went, especially since we were in California and we had to accommodate the shortest escrow we’ve ever experienced. You were the one who ably served as our representative “on the ground” in Lake Havasu City and made it all come together such that we now have a beautiful retirement home.
As if such great service wasn’t enough, you made sure you were there to greet us as our trucks pulled into the driveway – welcoming us to our new home despite our late arrival on a cold night. Then for the crème de la crème, you gave us a perfect housewarming gift. After we unloaded the trucks, we felt as though you must have been with us in spirit as we shopped for those first furnishings because the earthen canisters you brought us look wonderful and as though they were chosen knowing what would best suit our style.
You will have to come by and see the place now that it’s almost furnished. We’ll be driving out this Friday with another load – including a pool table for the casita! So if you’re in the area, please come by and see us. Until we meet again, thank you for providing stellar service – always with a smile – and such a warm welcome to Lake Havasu.

Comments From Our Canadian Friends!!!

Dear Liz, Joyce and I just want to say thanks so much for making our buying experience at Lake Havasu a good one. You are welcome to share this with any of your clients as we feel it is to their advantage to be aware of the exceptional service you have provided. I'm sure that their are others buying their first home, "away from home" that you have made so easy to do. My wife and I have been looking for a winter home that was close to water and yet affordable. We have been to Las Vegas and Phoenix at different time and loved the climate but missed all the advantages that living by water has. Last December, we decided to rent a home at Lake Havasu to see what it was like. To summarize, we loved and started looking for a home of our own. Prior of our visit, we did some property searching on the internet and were fortunate to hook up with Liz. We told her what we wanted and she started sending us properties on a regular basis for our review. She answered any questions we had promptly and contrary to others we tried, returned calls in a timely and professional manner. Naturally, we chose her over several others upon our home search while we were there. I can't recall how many homes (many) we looked through with Liz who was so accomodating as was always willing to work around our holiday schedule. Being from Canada, we were not familiar with the construction, the utilities, the neighborhoods, the buying process, ect.... again Liz helped us through all of it. She showed us through any homes we wanted to see and not only gave the pros of a particular home, but was quick to point out the cons which we really appreciated. She has been in this market during good and bad times and is well connected. There wasn't one part of our paying process that she was not able to help out. This process included home inspectors, pool contruction companies, title transfer people (they don't use lawyers like we do here), house maids, window washers, weed and pest control people, house valets to check on her home periodically, restuarants, community functions to attend, and the list goes on and on. Her service did not stop after the sale. We had a couple of hiccups in the paperwork that occurred after the house had been purchased. We were back in Canada at this time and if it wasn't for Liz we would of had to make a trip back down to resolve. She took care of each item which was such a relief for us. It should be stated, that these items were such that they were not the responsibility of the Realtor to resolve. Our Canadian "Dollarette" was of course an issue of concern to us in making a home buying decision. Even so, in doing the calculation and taking into account the cost per square foot to build a new home, we considered in a good investment. It gave us exposure to the USD currency, and sure, it may take 1,2 or maybe 5 years for our current world wide economy to straighten out, but when it does our house will be a winner and we will be enjoying it the whole time. If our currency loses more ground to the USD, we can always sell our home, and bring back the advantage in Canadian dollars. In the Havasu market we saw very little downside. Thanks again Liz... without you it would have never happened. Now, not only do we have a great Realtor, but also a great friend!!!

Patty and I want to thank you so much for the
outstanding effort you put in to find us the perfect house at Lake Havasu
City. I would also like to take a moment and write a short testimonial for all
your future clients.
To all those who follow in our footsteps you
are doing the right thing having Liz as your realtor. She was recommended to us
by a colleague at work. We gave her a phone call and let her know what we were
interested in. Being that we lived almost 300 miles away we didn't know what to
expect. Liz set us up with a vitrtual cart and filled it with possibilities. She
updated it daily letting us know the current status if things had changed. We
planned a weekend and arranged time with her to look at houses we were
interested in. That first weekend was exploritory as we weren’t sure Lake Havasu
City was what we were looking for. We spent Friday afternoon and Saturday
viewing our first selection of houses.
Liz, at our request, also set us up with a mortgage
company so that we could pre-qualify for a loan so that we knew we weren't going
to get in over our head.
Being that free weekends can be hard to come by at
times we were not able to return for seven weeks. All the time Liz kept updating
our cart giving us more and more opportunities in available houses. When we
finally got a chance to return, we sent her the list of homes we wanted to see
from our cart. We arrived early Saturday morning and started on the tour. Just
before lunch time Liz decided to show us a house that was not on our list that
she had found. It turned out that was the perfect house to meet our needs and
had all the ammenities we were looking for. There were three houses we were
trying to decide between. We took a lunch break to talk it over. We made our
decision and went back to meet Liz again at her office.
To make a long story shory, with her help we got a
great deal on the house, and we are now the home owners of that
house thirty days later. Liz made it all happen smoothly while we were300
miles away carrying on with our busy lives. It took a few late nights with phone
calls and e-mails but it all happened in thirty days. All you need to do is
follow her lead and keep up and you too can have a wonderful experience in
finding your Lake Havasu home.

I would like to thank Liz Miller for the outstanding professional job she performed in selling my house.
