You should expect Personal Service.  I want you to feel like you are my only client - although I normally carry several listings at a time.  I work hard for you, staying in touch, answering questions, providing valuable feedback and helping you sell your home.

You should expect Experience.  Experience only matters if it works for you - and my experience is all put to work for you.  I have dealt with a variety of home sale situations and learned from all of them.  There are many reasons I am consistently in the top tier of Realtors in Lake Havasu City and experience is certainly one of them.

You should expect Cooperation.  All Realtors in this market work together to bring seller and buyer together.  I work closely with local Realtors to "pitch" your house to their buyers.  The best Realtors are those who cooperate and work well with other agents in the market and I do just that.  I will provide an MLS Tour of your home, which brings around 30 agents to your door to view your property as well as a Keller Williams office tour, which will net 20-40 more agents looking at your site as a prospect for their clients. 

You should expect Attention to DetailNO details are too small when I have your listing.  I check daily on showings, reports, inspections and deadlines that involve your home and will keep you posted on all developments.  Attention to ALL transaction details, clear through closing, is another reason I'm a top producer.

You should expect the Latest Technology.  I have developed a very successful web site that, for example, instantly notifies me when a buyer is looking at any homes I have listed.  I can contact them within seconds and quickly get their interest sharpened and focus them on finding the right home.

You should expect Aggressive Advertising.  I have yet to try sky-writing, but I've used about every other form of advertising that I thought had a chance of working for you.  If I have your listing, I know all about your property, make sure it's priced fairly and I advertise aggressively and extensively to let others know about your home.  This includes advertising in print media, such as Homes and Land, Homes Pay, Home Hunter and Today's News Herald as well as internet exposure on more than 30 websites as well as my own four sites.
